NOT BAD.......for a diesel locomotive built at EMD back in 1960........AND......it's only been on TWO different properties since then!!.....ATSF and TP&W which it still resides on!!.......WHY That's 59 years!!
Since the average life span of a diesel electric locomotive is 15 years THATS INCREDIBLE!! Most steam locomotives didn't last that long.................
