"Tower" of the namesake "Tower Yard," actually Yard 5 and the former Middle Yard combined, tore down months before this photo because lack of Union Pacific maintenance during the brutal Winter of 2018 allowed water pipes to burst both there and at the Proviso Administration Building - also slated for demolition. What a way to run a failing railroad while maximizing shareholder value !
