Looks like it should have a label reading "Vacuum packed for freshness".

Or a sample location for a scratch and sniff.

Will the UP4141 still be used on trains or will it only be used in the museum?

Assume they gut it before sending it to the Museum, can use the prime mover, generator and such elsewhere.

Marco, this should answer that question, "The 4141 will be taken to a locomotive shop in Little Rock, where it will undergo a year-long process preparing it for permanent display. Sometime later in 2020, it will be brought back, taken off the tracks, and moved to the Bush Library and Museum." https://www.georgeandbarbarabush.org/2019/11/union-pacific-officially-announces-it-will-donate-its-4141-locomotive-for-permanent-display-at-the-george-h-w-bush-presidential-center/
