Hello Brian, many thanks! The forty Pacifics 31001 - 31040 were built by Franco-Belge and Batignolles-Chatillon (Nantes) in 1921 - 1923. 31023 was Batignolles 115/1921 and later was renumbered 231.023 and then SNCF 1-231_B_23.
