It's been awhile since I've been involved....but the plan 20 years ago was for a 9 mile long flyover to be built from Frog Pond Road east of Clinton on the Geneva Sub. in Illinois to bridge Hy 84...the river...the CP... the Clinton Yard coming back to earth about MP 5 on the Clinton Sub..The CP was supposed to take over all the switching in Clinton and the UP crews were going to by pass Clinton as a crew change and go all the way to Boone...….Is that still the plan??

Last i heard that is correct. but the UP keeps putting it off.
