My compliments for a topical and eye-catching picture but surely it is 2020 rather than 2019?

There is much to look at in this picture.
Firstly and obviously, the message on the tank.
Secondly, using the ice-skating judging criteria of ‘marks for technical merit and marks for artistic interpretation’, the coloured graffiti on the wall and the tank scores highly on both counts.
Thirdly, an admission. Whilst studying the coloured graffiti, it took me a little time to realise that the six people are not part of the art but real people standing in front of the art!
Fourthly, there is matching coloured graffiti on the tank wagons.
And fifthly, spilt seeds from previous grain tankers have sprouted in the four-foot on both tracks.
