With the name Columbia & Cowlitz, this engine couldn't be much further in the opposite direction from home rails. The C&C is clear up in the Pacific Northwest near Kelso, WA not far from Portland,OR. Not even sure the C&C runs up there anymore as it was originally owned by Weyerhauser and from what I've heard, they ceased operating their own rail lines, unless someone took over operations.

CLC & GNRR are both operated by Patriot Rail. 3804 is in Patriot colors.
