There are a lot of rods and linkage on this small tank engine. Are you sure that this is not a 0-4-4-0, to my untrained eye, I see eight driving wheels?

Sorry, it's a 0-8-0 T. 4 driving axles and between second and third axle 2 cogwheels (not visible), powered by two separate cylinders above of them for the adhesion drive.
