Thanks for heading up there to capture this! It only happens every so rare often. I'm curious why they send Amtrak #6 down the Harriman cutoff. It's a bit longer and it's single tracked, so may have to hit a siding when encountering the prevailing westbound traffic that uses that hill for the easier gradient. Also, would point out that this would not take the Borie Cutoff, ... that leads from Borie up to briefly cross the Harriman Line to access the junction at Speer.
