During my 43 years of trucking berginning 1973, I have hauled a few of these "prime movers" from manufacturer to various railroad locomotive repair shops all over the country. These diesel engines are monsters compared to my 6-cylinder 237-HP Mack diesel engine. Due to the weight, I could only carry two at a time on my trailer. I really enjoy listening to these big engines either at idle or at top speed. They have a sound like no other.
