The last time I was to Crab Orchard,TN. was in 1972 with Bill Staus and Dave Vannes on a Southern steam trip out of Chattanooga,TN.....we left the Chattanooga CHoo Choo motel behind SOU 4501 headed north to Emory Gap where we headed up the TC with two Sou Geeps and the 4501 all pounding to get up the Crab Orchard MTNs....it was a trip I hope I never forget...there are some pics on RP....good shooten by the way...Tom.
