When I was still driving a truck, I went under these two railroad bridges at least a hundred times during my career. Sometimes I saw trains overhead on both bridges but most of the time not. I-376 leads you into the the Fort Pitt Tunnel that goes under the hill in the background of the photo. When you exit the tunnel, you cross a bridge onto the "triangle" of Pittsburgh. Not one of my favorite cities to drive. I do remember back in the 1990's, I noticed a large dog crossing the taller railroad bridge when it stopped and was looking down at the traffic. I thought "Dog, you better get yourself on across the bridge before a train comes". When I looked in my left rearview truck mirror after going under the bridge, the pooch was still there looking at the traffice below.

Jim, these units are owned by the Wheeling & Lake Erie. I believe they currently have 7 of these ex FURX SD40-2's in this scheme.
