This might be the first picture of an RF&P steam loco in operation on this site! Was this engine on lease to the C&O at the time?

The C&O was caught short of motive power with the coal boom of 1955-56. They put back some of their steam and leased the RF&P steam too till they could get enough diesels to take over.
