I think that is a EMD SD-45T-2 . a tunnel engine. Southern Pacific or Rio Grande Railroads. The top rear exhaust vents show 3 white specs and that signifies its a 45 . 2 white specs would be a SD-40T-2. However the sand filler up front where the headlights used to b are naught to be seen on most of those units. These might have ben customized and HP derated to 3000 horses from 3600-3800 depending on ballasting. Great almost to powerfull engine for the track and thats why some were depowered.
