Still amazing to see the Michigan Central Depot being rehabbed. After decades as a ruin it came all to close to being demolished. It is now owned by Ford Motor Company. The building will hold both Ford offices and offices of suppliers. Ford is also using it as the centerpiece for a large development in the area. The lobby will be open to the public in all its grandeur with restaurants and shop for the public.

Too bad they tore down Tiger Stadium, which was not far from here, and older and in many ways more historic that Fenway Park or Wrigley Field, would be a great compliment to this for the revival of the Corktown area of Detroit.
