Looks like the first crossing coming into the west side of New Plymouth.

It's fairly close to New Plymouth as I shot the train doing some switching at the cement plant there. However, I shot it a few times after this one, so it may be further out than you think.

I shot a train at this crossing back in summer 2020, there's a bit that goes along a canal and crosses two roads, this is the westernmost of those two crossings. Intersection of 1st and Adams, crossing itself is here: 43.9819479 N, 116.8317058 W.
