It looks, to me, like the perfect place for a Septa historical society museum, and view place for trains. Clear the trees between the tracks and the shed, and build a deck. Put large windows in place of the doors on both sides. Excellent place for a museum

Everybody wants to tear down depots and other interesting structures in the name of progress and expansion. Keep the freight house as is, repurpose with shops or restaurant
