That’s a great angle and well captured, but I believe it would be better described as tunnel 2 at the east end of Drano lake. Cooks is indeed just a few miles west.

How much clearance is there between the top edge of that container stack and the highway-side tunnel wall? And now that it has been mentioned, yeah, I too want to see the box that mountain came in.
