I'm guessing he cut off from his train clear of the street crossings as he heads to the 2 yard tracks west of the crossing. Great composition to catch the train order board displaying the signal for 213. A long-time WofA engineer once told me, "we get hot trains from L&N and SCL and we cool them down quickly"!
