Yes, I think the flag has a similar meaning. As you know, the Rigi Bahnen are celebrating 150 years of railroads on the mountain this year. The vehicles are therefore partly decorated with flags, that of Switzerland or also of the canton of Lucerne, on whose territory Vitznau and the line to Rigi Staffelhöhe lies.
