You are correct, this movement is on one of the approach spans to the MacArthur Bridge - but this isn't the "main" span heading west into downtown, this span turns south towards Lesperance Street Yard along the riverfront, and the train is heading north/east towards the IL side. The RV/trailer below the train is on Chouteau Ave for reference. BTW - appreciate all your recent postings. Between Alabama and St Louis you've hit a lot of the areas near and dear to me.

MacArthur Bridge. The tracks split on the Missouri side and this train is headed south into the MP yard
