Is the EL painted engine on the stored line or is it just 'switching' engines to/from the stored line?

I would say its stored and probably due to be sold off as NS is now a GE railroad.

Heritage engine hasn't even celebrated its 10th Birthday. As I recall the heritage 'fleet' was 10 GE's and 10 EMD's.
