Thanks for sharing--these are interesting rarities. Minor points: * that's almost certainly Watervliet Arsenal; and * as impressive as a 12-inch railway gun is, in World War II the Germans deployed against Sevastopol and Stalingrad a pair of 31.5-inch railway guns.
