Guess they don't have enough motive power to make this run without "tripling" it?

It's more a combination of not being able to use six axles on part of their line at this time as well as the grade on Richburg Hill. Even when they run Class 1 power on trains to Circle S, they still have to double (if not triple) Richburg Hill
