I think its a shame that the railroads as rich as they are let their cabooses get to this point. They should be fined for letting this contraption out on the public for to see. Visual pollution. You could get sic just looking at this. With all the sickness spreading and trying to keep employees working may b they should fix these up so in the winter they could keep a person out of the elements and wild weather. WE are humans not polar Bears. I think they should do that and make sure the stove works along with the can. These used to b impressive cabooses. C'mon CN have some heart an fix these up. Do us all a favor. It used to b that you always looked forward to see a Caboose at the end of a train looking cool.
