I am glad that you went to the trouble to record this scene. For all their one hundred years the semaphores don't look bad at all; and to be replaced by perhaps the most nondescript signal arrangement. No class. A shame there cannot be a heritage signal corridor to preserve the remaining vestiges of a golden era. That would be a useful recipient for all of those easy FED bucks.

They don't look a day over 90 ! I'm assuming they've been repainted a few times in that time frame
