I wouldn't have known this to be anything but a former B&O caboose. During the mid- to late 70's and maybe beyond, you would find a bay-window caboose like this on the daily trains from Parkersburg (Wheeling, maybe?) to Huntington, WV: trains 103 and 104, IIRC. Thanks all around to those who saved this caboose and had the grace to repaint it into Chessie/B&O colors.
