Posted by pjw1967 on July 7, 2022  I believe that EL3380 became NJT4180 and later Alstom 4180 then NREX4180. I photographed her and sister 4167 at our terminal in Houston on July 10, 2007. They were awaiting export, most likely to Brazil.
