No, it really is a local. Its sole purpose is to shuffle international containers between Sandusky and Maple Heights Ohio. Back when it was first put on, it had more interesting power. ( SD40E and SD60E )

I see. So they teat it like a "local" in their operation (short distance shuttle), even though it's not a "local" in the traditional sense (picking up and setting out carload freight at on line customer spur tracks). Viva la 21st Century Local!
