That's quite a bit of Snow Buildup on the Cab ! Looks like a Flanger or Rotary could have preceded this freight !

They had a flanger coke through before. This train picked up some snow/hut some drifts and slides om the way up, then had some issues so was stuck near Switch 9 for a while.
