The tower looks like a frowning block-headed funny-face guy wearing a funny looking hat and staring at you; the eyes are the top section of the left and second from right windows; the nose is the bottom section of the second from left window; the mouth is the arch on the concrete surface. Once you see the "face," it's hard to "un see" it.
