What is the purpose of the second smaller tank behind the larger fuel tank? Is this where they put the ink for printout machine in the cab? Of course, I am kidding. But it does look strange.

I like it. Locomotives should not be “smooth”. The people who made detail parts for HO locomotives could get rich on this one. Will we see “Urea Tank $24.95” in the near future?

Judging by the blue cap, I would assume the smaller tank is for DEF.
