"Railroad facility?" Looks more like somebody's "back 40."

Behind where I was standing when I took this photograph were five diesel locomotives, including the two former Western Maryland SD40s. There was also some freight cars and an old caboose. The WM 303 was rusting away across Old Barton Road, so their "facility" didn't amount to much.
