Are the frogs on both closest switches mechanical with the setting of the points? They look like they act like spring frogs, but they don't have all of the equipment normally associated, but the distant frogs both look "conventional".

The Google map overhead view shows that the two tracks coming over the hump diverge about where the photographer is standing, and the two closest switches are more like Y switches and the angle may be too narrow for a standard frog and check-rail
