Well, I can't say this is more colorful than normal for the Guilford-D&H or NYSW-D&H years, but the specific combination is unusual. In many photos I've seen of CSX and NS pool power on these trains, I don't recall seeing a CSX GP16, GP30 or even SD50 (the latter two in NS form, though).
