Posted by Andrews on April 9, 2024  This two locos are Belorussian, from Vitebsk depot Posted by Dijilator on April 30, 2024  I would like to go there sometime. Been to Riga. With Daugavpils right on the tri-country border, I suppose that is why the Belarussian locomotives are there.
