Khasa station in India - Pakistan border is the station just before Attari station, the last station on Indian side and after that the track goes to Pakistan. Indian Railways operates two service from Amritsar to Attari. One in the morning and one the evening and the journey is completed in 40 minutes. I had to present my credentials as the citizen of India and also credentials as a trainspotter to the railway police being a high security conflict zone to take this picture. It was a dream come true moment for me. Being the border area, photography is looked upon as a spying activity. Since I hail from Southern India, the police was lenient and allowed me to take a shot.
