How is it possible for this MP15AC to work the Geneva Sub. Did UP put CNW ATC on it?

Yes, I believe they did equip the Y1433 & Y1488 with ATC as they are assigned to shuttle Metra bi-level cars around the coach yard downtown and work rock trains.
