That is Pacific Railroad Society special that operated from Los Angeles to Bakersfield (via Cajon Pass, Barstow and Tehachapi) and return. There has not been regular passenger service from Barstow to Bakersfield since April 30, 1971 -- just a couple excursions and at least one "Coast Starlight" detour.
