the road number under the cab reads 9069 instead of 9089.

Actually, part of the 8 has fallen off. The number board reads the correct number. Well, I suppose if you want to get either technical, or 'purist', it shouldn't have EVER gotten a UP number, paint, or heralds.

This unit gets around. I just got some pictures of it at Coxsackie,NY and North Bergen,NJ a few weeks ago on the CSX River Line. It was great to see it. I wish the safety and reliability decal was still in good shape. I wonder if the new owner would consider replacing it!!!!!!
