Ex-KB&S 321 sits quietly at the grain elevator in Darrow. I was told last time this locomotive was started up, it caught fire so it now sits at the end of a stub track next to the KB&S main line.
CNW's only RS-11 rests at the Escanaba Roundhouse. This unit was normally assigned to the Powers-Iron Mountain job.
The Central Vermont RS11's came from the Duluth Winnipeg and Pacific and ended up on the original Grand Trunk Railway in Maine.
