Showing some Santa Fe pride on 10-10-10, BNSF 4714 & 8204 (former Santa Fe SD75M 204) drop an eastbound "rack" train out of the Tehachapi's & into the Mojave desert at MP 377.
Today's NTWGAL included more than the usual assortment of GEs..... the BNSF 1718 (SD9) and BNSF 3547 (SW1200) were along for the ride. The BNSF 3547 was fifth from the rear on the train.
One day its a SD40u, the next a big beefy Warbonnet Dash 9. Yeah, I'm talking about the OIG Yard Switcher. BNSF 4714 shoves a long cut of baretables back into the yard.
