The last triple set of Dash 8s working out of the CN ore pool move across the CN Iron Range sub on a nice fall afternoon.

Empties are stopped and the conductor is giving a roll-by to the still steaming taconite loads that are heading south.

A duo of AC44C6Ms and 145 ore cars with steaming taconite pellets rolls through the fog with ease on the way to the Two harbors yard and dock facilities.

Iron ore pellets spill off the cars as they travel along, and CN will periodically dispatch a fleet of vacuum trucks to clean between the rails and discard them into to piles in the R.O.W.
