Acceptable UP power fronts westbound Q204-30 as it takes a momentary break at the under-construction Smiley St. grade crossing.
Overpowered (AC4400CW, AC6000CW, and SD9043MAC) westbound V249-20 waited for 4 hours at Smiley St. partly due to eastbound Q265 going into emergency leaving the yard.

Look closely and you'll actually see CSX paint on the IL sub as UP 9467 sports a CSX-colored air conditioner! This westbound freight train waits for a crew at the west end of Carbon.
