Work continues on the BNSF double-track project from the North La Crosse Yard to C.P. Graf. Three bridges are being installed in the area known as "The Swamp".
S-CHCTAC3 eases up to Grand Crossing and a crew change. The inbound crew is short on time and cannot cross the CP tracks until Amtrak #7 passes, so the new crew will meet them across the diamond.... (more)
