An empty Maintenance of Way equipment train passes through the town of Thomasville on the way to Linwood and points South.
As part of the photo charter schedule, the 1702 was turned on the new Armstrong turntable at Bryson City allowing for a photo opportunity before leading the train back East to Dillsboro.
