The final train to be operated by the Saratoga & North Creek Railway and perhaps the last train to ever operate over this historic ex- D&H branch travels south on its return trip to Saratoga, NY.

At the end of it's run to Thurman and back, the power for the Saratoga & North Creek's Snow Train runs around it's train at the Saratoga Amtrak station.

The second to last Snow Train of the season rounds the curve along the upper Hudson River at Stony Creek. This is the former D&H Adirondack Branch that ran to the titanium mine at Tahawus.
