Twenty years of operation! The TECO trolley system in Tampa has run for 20 years and looks to expand.

Two TECO streetcars meet at Greco Plaza, the one on the right is actually disabled, crews had just moved it off of a road crossing after blocking traffic for 20 minutes. Rides are free!
