Around 10:30pm the night before, BNSF's Longmont Turn struck a tree stump deliberately placed on the tracks. The lead unit, BNSF 8105, somehow managed to stay mostly upright.

Never thought I'd see this in 2008. Three units still painted in the Santa Fe, red and silver warbonnet scheme, lead an empty grain train as it works upgrade between Caliente and Bealville.
