NS 9049 with mismatched number boards leads 117 West on the NS Dayton District by a large stack of old crossties.

After blocking the Trabue Rd crossing for a while, the dispatcher finally got the switch at Mounds to lock, and 117 is able to continue on its way into the north end of Buckeye Yard.
